    Leon and his very competent team took on the mammoth task of painting the exterior of our old pre-1964 home. The result is nothing short of magical! There were challenges, unexpected rain for days but Leon planned his work around the weather and pretty much finished the job well within the established timelines! He’s meticulous and takes pride in his work. He kept me informed of his progress and the process throughout! Went the extra mile to ensure that we got the exact color match that we wanted! We are over the moon as a result of the success of this project! I would highly recommend Leon and his team for any construction related job! This young man’s talent for construction is only limited by that which he chooses! Hire him, you’ll be glad you did! See more See less

    We are repeat customers of Constructive Construction- and for good reason! This team's attention to detail is second to none and we're consistently impressed with how well things come together. Leon just finished his 8th project in our home and has done everything from installing new outlets and ceiling fans to a full kitchen remodel. See more See less

    Leon is very professional, reliable and skilled. I originally called Leon for a different project I wanted completed in my house and instead had a pipe burst in my wall. Leon was quick to help me identify the pipe and get it replaced. At the same time Leon noticed I had extra pipes in my basement and walls that weren’t being used or necessary to have, he took the time to get rid of all those extra pipes and in return gave me extra space in my home. I will definitely be calling Constructive Construction again and looking forward to completing more projects. See more See less

    Very clean and professional. Leon did vapor barrier, insulation and drywall repain in my kitchen, as well as texturing and painting. Everything turned out great, would reccomend for any home repair. See more See less

    Leon does amazing work and is very accommodating. On short notice, he provided an estimate and got to work on my place right away.     Leon and Jade did a great job handling some odds and ends with my house to get it ready to be put on the market. Leon was timely but thorough and was willing to fix whatever problem was asked to be fixed. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of handyman or painting work done. See more See less

    Leon was so easy to work with and accommodating. As an out of state owner of a property in Anchorage it can be hard to find people you trust, and Leon is someone you can trust! Great communication and kept me in the loop in terms of scheduling, timelines and pricing.     Leon and his team were fantastic. My fiancé and I are in the process of renovating our 1967 house with a mix of DIY and professional help. Leon has been critical in helping us with the difficult portions. For example, he was able to knock down a wall in our kitchen and rewire the electric and make adjustments to our desired island for the baseboard heating. His attention to detail was amazing (he was able to perfectly match the patched drywall texture to the pre-existing drywall), and he was able to get the job done quickly. We will definitely use Leon and his team again, and we definitely recommend him! See more See less

    Cant’t say enough good things about Constructive Construction’s work on our kitchen remodel. We sure gave them ALL the challenges an old home can offer and Leon always worked solutions and made the home safer than before (i.e adjusting a previous homeowner’s shabby DIY on a roof truss and seeing amateur electric installation but taking time to bring them to code while working new wiring for canned lighting; patch-working old hardwood floor into to new areas due to new kitchen layout; rerouting ventilation for boiler and downdraft stove, allowing us to finally have a pantry! (which was then custom cut to fit with the new vent placement)). He is very keen to detail and will always confirm even the smallest design decisions. Leon brings extensive knowledge on all sides of a project: electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry - we didn’t have to outsource any part of the remodel. Both Leon and his apprentice, Andrew, were respectful of our home, provided quality work, and exceeded expectations. See more See less
